La Destileria is a Craft Micro Distillery in the rain forest of Jayuya, Puerto Rico, USA. Drawing from purity and craftsmanship of this old town that has ancestral roots to the Taino Indians (pre-Columbian descendants of the Arawak from Jayuya), we are crafting high quality spirits based on culture, influence, and inspiration of Latin America for the world to enjoy.
